TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION
Your booking is secured once you receive "02 Booking Confirmation" email from us and we receive your deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN YOU ARRIVE - 1000 krone or equivalent.
1000 krone (or equivalent in your own currency) We ask for a securirty/cleaning deposit, to be paid in cash when you arrive, is returned at check out when everything is OK. You can pay this in your own currency,€130, £130 US $190 for example.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in is AFTER 15:00 on your day of arrival -
Check out BEFORE 10:00 on the day of departure, this will give us time to prepare the cabin for the next guests. These times are flexible depending how busy we are, please ask
We are not usually in when you arrive, the cabin is left open and we will see you in the evening.
PRICES
The cabin price is per night regardless of the number of occupants.
The price of hiring a set of linen (bed linen & towels) is per person per set regardless of the length of your stay. The charge covers the washing and ironing.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or change your booking we would ask that you give as much notice as you can. We do not return booking deposits in the event of a cancellation. If you have paid the full balance and cancel no less than 12 weeks prior to the arrival date we will return the remainder to you (amount minus booking deposit). You must apply to your travel insurance company to recover the cost.

| Hot tub (1st night) |

Big enough 6 - 8 people
We will prepare this for you the first night (to clean, fill & heat takes 6-7 hours). It takes 5-6 bags of wood to heat it to 42°C.
Most of the cost of the hot tub is the price of the wood (90 kr a bag).
Please give us at least 48 hours notice.

After you have had the hot tub the first night you can keep it more days and just pay for the wood. Additional nights do not require as much wood at the temperature is usually about 20°C the following day. |
| TRAVEL
Lift from the Bus stop

Lift from or too bus stop. This is the express (long distance) bus stop from Bergen (in the south) or Førde, Ålesund, Stryn in the north). We can take 4 passengers in the car, with plenty of space for luggage. It is 55km and takes 1 hour. Price is for the journey not per person. This must be booked in advance please. |

The ferry quay is 2km away, and it is a steep walk up hill so we are happy to collect you from the ferry. |

You are welcome to borrow any of the items listed below. There is a formal schedule for the row boat in the high season, apart from that you are welcome to take any item as you fancy it.

Outside this times, you are welcome to take the boat on a first come basis. During these times we ask that you bring the boat back ready for the next time slot. If no-one else is waiting you are welcome to take it out again.

You are welcome to borrow the washing machine & tumble dryer for free however we charge a small fee for the powder. You are welcome to use you own. |
ITEMS YOU CAN BORROW
1 Row boat (please see information about time slots in the high season)
2 Bicycles - we have 3 adult bikes
3 Fishing gear - can be used from the boat, quay side or fjord side all year. River/lake season is from mid July for 6-8 weeks
4 Sledges - in winter, there are several places for sledging on the farm and also down the hill to the shop
5 Baby things - baby travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, infant back pack carrier, toys. Please tell us what you need
6 WiFI internet to all cabins
7 Laptop (for one night to help with your planning/emails etc) We can print out your tickets
8 Hair dryer,
9 Baking tins and waffle iron (or any kitchen utensil you might need)
10 Electric UK to european plug adapters (3 pin to 2 pin)
11 Laundry facilities (20 krone for the washing powder or you can provide your own)Rowing boat, bicycles and fishing gear in summer, sledges in winter
